Working with Annie to plan our wedding ceremony was a wonderful experience. We had wanted a personal ceremony which would resonate with everyone there, including our Jewish family, but had never expected to enjoy preparing it so much. Annie understood exactly what we wanted and the product was a truly memorable and magical occasion which we will never forget, and nor will the guests. Three weeks on and we are still receiving calls and letters from guests thanking us for giving them that experience and many have said it was the best wedding ceremony they have ever attended! Annie worked patiently and tirelessly with us to weave together a ceremony that was beautiful, personal and just as we wanted it. She took our ideas and hopes for the ceremony and used her experience and creativity to make it into something very special. Annie had a wonderful way of genuinely listening to us; our hopes and our wishes, and supported us to find the right words and the right way to get married. She really helped us focus on what we were doing - and why. On the day itself we both had absolute confidence that Annie would conduct the ceremony with professionalism and care, and she very much did. Working with you | Testimonials | Fees

If you'd like to discuss with me a ceremony you might be planning, you can get in touch by email or telephone. We'll agree a time and date to meet to discuss the ideas you already have and how I might support those ideas and turn them into the kind of ceremony you envisage. There is no charge for this first meeting and no obligation for you to engage me. What matters at this early stage is that we are comfortable with one another. You need to feel I 'get you' (and vice-versa) and you also need to feel from the outset that you have confidence in me to deliver your 'vision'.

If we decide to work together, there usually follows 2 more meetings to gather information and to get a real sense of YOU and what you want your ceremony to be. I also like to incorporate a joint visit to the venue where the ceremony will be held. If you have access to a computer we'll stay in touch by email as well as telephone contact as appropriate. I will make resources such as poignant readings etc available to you and guide you with any promises/vows/pledges you wish to include as a focus of the ceremony. I'll create a first draft for you to look at. We'll then fine tune the ceremony plan/script so that it truly captures all you want it to be. I will make any agreed amendments and send you the final version to check and confirm. For weddings and handfasts a walk-through rehearsal will be arranged in the week prior to the ceremony. For all ceremonies, on the actual day I will arrive about an hour before the start time to prepare before conducting your ceremony at the agreed time. You will also receive a presentation folder with the final script to keep after the ceremony.

WEDDINGS / HANDFASTINGS / RENEWAL OF VOWS

£230 - £275

This comprises:

• up to 3 meetings (1-1½ hrs duration approx) including a joint visit (where possible) to the ceremony venue,
• the ceremony plan/script,
• conducting the ceremony itself,
• a presentation folder including the final script,
• the handfasting cords (if handfasting is part of your ceremony) plus presentation box to keep them in thereafter,
• a walk through rehearsal with all the main participants in the week preceding the ceremony,
• my travel costs within a 20 mile radius of home. Travel outside this radius may incur an extra charge of 40p per mile,
• sundries such as candles for the altar/shrine focal point etc.

 

NAMINGS

£120 - £160

This comprises:

• up to 3 meetings (1-1½ hrs duration approx) including a joint visit (where possible) to the ceremony venue,
• the ceremony plan/script,
• conducting the ceremony,
• a presentation folder of the final script,
• my travel costs within a 20 mile radius of home (Travel outside this radius may incur an extra charge of 40p per mile),
• sundries such as candles for the altar/shrine focal point etc.

 

FUNERALS

£120 - £160

This comprises: up to 2 meetings (1-1½ hrs duration max) with you/your family, in your own home if you prefer,

liaison with the funeral director as appropriate,

the ceremony plan/euology & script,

conducting the ceremony,

a presentation folder including the final script,

my travel costs within a 20 mile radius of home (Travel outside this radius may incur an extra charge of 40p per mile),

sundries such as candles for the altar/shrine focal point etc.

 

PET MEMORIALS

£50 - £75

This comprises:

• up to 2 meetings (1-1½ hrs duration max) with you/your family, in your own home if you prefer,
• the ceremony plan/script,
• conducting the ceremony,
• a presentation folder including the final script,
• my travel costs within a 20 mile radius of home (Travel outside this radius may incur an extra charge of 40p per mile).

 

HOUSE BLESSINGS/HOUSE FAREWELLS

£50 - £80

This comprises:

• up to 2 meetings (1-1½ hrs duration max) with you/your family,
• the ceremony plan/script,
• conducting the ceremony,
• my travel costs within a 20 mile radius of home (Travel outside this radius may incur an extra charge of 40p per mile).

 

ALL OTHER CEREMONIES - details of fees on request.

A deposit of £50 is required for each ceremony I undertake, with the remainder payable on the day of the ceremony.
